Out of Your Head.
Into Your Body.™
For the woman who can handle everything—but can't seem to turn herself off.
Two 12-minute Body Resets to interrupt the rushing, overthinking and unconscious bracing—and get you back into your body before another day disappears inside your head.
- No hour-long workout.
- No complicated routine.
- No more information to process.
- Press play. Move with me. Feel the difference.
You know those days when you're doing everything… but barely experiencing any of it?
- You're answering the text while thinking about the email.
- Driving while replaying the conversation.
- Making dinner while mentally solving tomorrow.
Your shoulders are somewhere near your ears. You're holding your breath again. And someone asks you one more question and suddenly you're far more irritated than the question deserves.
You're there. But you're not really there.
I see this in almost every woman I work with—no matter how put-together she looks from the outside. You're not broken. You're just stuck a few inches above your own body.
And another podcast explaining why you do this isn't necessarily going to change it. Because you probably don't need more information. You need a reliable way to interrupt it while it's happening.
That's what OUT OF YOUR HEAD. INTO YOUR BODY.™ gives you. In about 12 minutes, I'll take you through movement, rhythm, muscular engagement, breath, balance and fluidity designed to give your attention somewhere else to go: back into you.
- You don't need to know the choreography.
- You don't need to be flexible.
- You don't need to be a dancer.
- You don't even need to be in the mood.
- You just need to press play.
Why Trust This Method
For more than 24 years, Kachina has worked with women through movement, Pilates, functional movement, meditation, breath, and embodied practice.
But her work has never been only about the body.
She has spent decades observing what happens when a woman stops simply managing herself and begins actually experiencing herself—her strength, sensation, softness, confidence, desire, voice, and inner knowing.
Kachina's approach combines purposeful physical challenge with breath, sensory awareness, rhythm, feminine movement, and stillness to help women move out of constant thinking and back into direct experience.
Because sometimes you don't need another explanation. You need an experience of yourself that changes the way you feel.
You feel the movement. She holds the methodology.

And You Don't Get Just One Way Back
Some days your body needs less effort. Other days, you need somewhere for all that energy to go. So I'm giving you two complete Body Resets.
For the days you feel wound up, disconnected, overstimulated or like you've been living from the neck up.
We'll bounce, release the shoulders and arms, spiral, open the chest, shimmy, move through grounded lower-body movement, hips and breath.
You're not trying to perform the movement. You're using movement to find yourself inside it.
For the days you need something stronger.
We'll combine spinal movement, grounded strength, controlled roll-downs, weight-bearing movement and plank variations before transitioning back into hips, fluidity and breath.
Stay in. Find the grace. Don't bail on yourself.
Because I don't only want you connected to yourself when everything feels soft and beautiful. I want you practicing how to remain with yourself while something requires something from you.
What You'll Feel
In about 12 minutes:
- Less mental noise.
- Less bracing.
- More breath.
- More sensation.
- More awareness of your body.
- More of you back in the room.
When to Use This
Plus: Tools You Can Use Without Doing a Whole Reset
A simple balance experiment that shows you how quickly the body can bring your attention into the present. Do it before your reset. Do it afterward. There's no score. Notice what changes.
One of the simplest ways I know to notice how much unnecessary urgency has crept into the body. You'll experiment with deliberately moving at 70% speed and then take the practice into one ordinary part of your day. Because not everything needs 110% of you.
A short signature movement sequence you can learn and eventually use without me. When you notice: I'm rushing. I'm bracing. I'm spinning. I'm leaving myself. You'll have something physical to do. Not another idea to remember. A way back.
Your printable + phone-friendly reminder for the moments when real life takes over. Put it somewhere you'll actually see it—your mirror, your dashboard, your nightstand.
-
1 Feel
Feel your feet on the ground. Notice three things in your body right now. Not to fix anything—just to notice you're in it.
-
2 Engage
Press into your feet. Gently engage your legs and your center. Let your body know you're actually here.
-
3 Exhale
Drop your shoulders. One long exhale. Unclench whatever you were holding without realizing it.
-
4 70%
Whatever you do next, do it at 70% speed. Not everything needs 110% of you.
-
5 Ask
Hand it to your body. What do I actually need right now? Don't solve it. Feel for the answer.

Teaching
“I deliberately don't explain the science while you're moving—because then I'd put you straight back into your head.”
What Your Body Just Did
After you've experienced the practice, I'll show you what's underneath it—from sensory attention, balance and proprioception to muscular recruitment, coordination, changes in movement speed and the deliberate movement between effort, structure, softness and fluidity. You'll understand why none of this is random.
Everything Has a Reason
After more than two decades working with bodies through movement, Pilates, dance, alignment, meditation and embodied practice, I don't choose movement simply because it looks pretty.
- The weight shifts.
- The spine.
- The hips.
- The muscular engagement.
- The rhythm.
- The balance challenge.
- The breath.
- The moments I ask you to stay.
- The moments I ask you to soften.
There's a reason. Clients have also reported secondary benefits from this kind of movement—feeling more open, noticing muscles they hadn't been using, feeling stronger or more mobile, standing differently, and experiencing less tension in areas that habitually hold it.
Individual experiences vary. Those aren't promises. They're part of why the movement itself is constructed with intention. And there's a reason I don't explain all of this while you're doing it: I want you experiencing your body instead of analyzing it.
What Women Are Saying
“I didn't realize how much of my life I was managing from my head until I experienced what it felt like to actually be in my body. I'm still me, I still have the same full life—but I'm not bracing my way through it anymore.”
“I've done therapy, Pilates, meditation, all of it—and they've all helped me. This was different because it brought everything together. I stopped feeling like I had ten different things I needed to work on and started feeling like one whole person again.”
“I came in thinking I needed to feel calmer. What surprised me was how much more alive I felt. More grounded, more sensual, more confident—and not because I was trying to be. I feel like I trust myself again.”
What You're Really Taking With You
You're not buying 30-something minutes of video. You're learning to recognize:
There I go again. Rushing. Bracing. Holding my breath. Living three steps ahead of myself.
And instead of merely recognizing it… you'll know what to do next. You'll leave with:
- Two different 12-minute ways back into your body.
- A signature movement sequence you can eventually use anywhere.
- A simple 70% tool for interrupting unnecessary speed.
- A physical cue for recognizing when you're disappearing into your head.
- A Return Card that keeps the practice available in real life.
- An understanding of why these movements work the way they do.
This isn't something else to finish. It's something to return to.
